Leaf Living is launching its two latest developments in Essex and West Sussex incorporating state-of-the-art automation technology, specifically built for families seeking rental homes.
Partnering with PropTech company, SmartRent, Leaf Living’s new properties allow for greater flexibility around tenancy and extending agreements, and all feature smart home technology and security options. Residents will have the power to control their homes from their phones, locking and unlocking the front door, providing one-time access codes to visitors and setting the heating, while a Ring camera doorbell and security alarm will provide extra security.
The partnership with SmartRent will also mean that prospective tenants can experience the properties easily too, with the company’s Self-Guided Tours facility which it suggests leads to a higher conversion rate from viewing to tenancy.
In addition, Leaf Living’s property managers can remotely monitor utility systems serving the homes and can promptly engage their maintenance teams, often before the resident notices.
